Hello there @eschlesinger2013,
Do you have any plugins that theme the WordPress dashboard such as MP6 or other similar ones?
Hi,
I don’t believe so – and I tried deactivating all of them just to make sure. Still had the same problem.
For reference, the Map Options button works fine on my local site which has the same theme and plugins. The local site has WordPress 3.5.2 while the site experiencing problems has WordPress 3.6. Not sure if that helps.
thanks!

Hi there,
Is this in the admin area?
It sounds like there could be a jQuery issue. Have you tried using a different theme and disabling all other plugins then testing again?
If this doesn’t work can you give us a link to the website so that we can have a look?
Hi! I disabled the theme and all other plugins. Same problem.
HOWEVER, I just looked at the details page of the plugin and noticed that it’s only compatible up to WordPress 3.4.2 and “hasn’t been tested in my current version of WordPress”! Guess that would explain why it worked fine on my local site with WP 3.5.2 but not my current site with WP 3.6!
I went to the “premium” version page and your site says that version is compatible up to WP 3.6.1. I would like to buy that version and hopefully it will work fine.

Hi @eschlesinger2013
That would make sense actually, the free version hasn’t been updated for a few months but the premium version was updated a couple of weeks ago.
Please let us know if the premium version works with the same settings that didn’t work in the free version. Then we can get the free version updated and fixed.
Thanks!
Hello,
So I downloaded the premium version, but now I can’t install it. When I try to upload the .zip file via my plugins admin area, I get this error:
The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
OK, it looks like that was a corrupted download. I downloaded again from a different browser and it installed fine. I will hopefully get this plugin running without a problem tomorrow and then I will close the ticket. Thanks!
Hi there @eschlesigner2013
I hope you are well today, wanted to check where we are on this?
Hope all is working for you now π
Have a great weekend!
Kind Regards
Jack.
Hi! So far, so good. I did run into one issue though.
Is it possible to alphabetize the list of markers that appears beneath a mashup map? Each marker represents a business name, so organizing them by title is necessary for my users (ordering by date posted is irrelevant to them).
Thanks!
Hi there,
Sorry about the delay here.
Glad to here it’s running well for you now π
It’s not possible at the moment to organize them like that I’m afraid.
Though it’s a nice idea and I’ll pass it along to the lead developer as a feature request π
Thanks!
Kind Regards
Jack.
Hi Jack
Is there a planned update to fix this issue with the non-premium version?
Cheers
Hi there,
Hope you’re well today and sorry about the delay here.
It is a active feature request for the organization, though there isn’t a ETA currently.
Kind Regards
Jack.
