  • @adviceengineer Thank you for reaching out with your topic. There have been similar reports. Hopefully, you can share a few additional details as we try to determine the cause.

    1. What were the last actions you took before getting to this error? Were you trying to connect a module like Analytics?

    2. Could you try to temporarily deactivate any caching and security plugins you might have active? Then, please try to connect it again in an incognito browser window?

    3. Please share your Site Health information privately using this form so we can investigate further.

I have shared the required information on google form.

@adviceengineer Thank you for providing those details. What were the last actions you took before getting to this error? Were you trying to connect a module like Analytics?

Please try the below and inform me if you’re able to proceed:

    – Log in to your site from an incognito browser window.
    – Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. (Note this only affects the experience of the logged-in user.)
    – Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    – From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    – Attempt to access Site Kit dashboard, or connect module once more. If successful, please proceed to the next step to identify what could be conflicting with the plugin.
    – Enabling plugins and your theme one by one in this mode may help pinpoint if something else is involved.

You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.

@adviceengineer As we haven’t received a response, I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist. Thank you!
