Map showing gray rectangle with marker

    When Settings > Display > Default Map Display is set to “Road Map” and a location Map Display Type is set to “Default”, the map displays as a gray rectangle with a red marker (on both the location entry and the site front end). However, if the location Map Display Type is set to “Road Map”, the map displays as expected.
