Map will not populate

I used to have a map showing a location of a vendor previously and not it will not show up it just shows the code.

I am using 4.72 version of your plugin on a 3.5 version of wordpress. I am afraid to update wordpress because the website theme may not work….I probably shouldnt have even updated the plugin
