Hello

Is it possible to have the map and a listing of custom post-type, and when i click on a post in the listing, it opens the corret popup on the map ?

This is currently not (out-of-the-box) possible with the Pronamic Google Maps plugin. I’m also not familiar with Google Maps plugins which have a feature like this. You could hire a WordPress developer to write a custom solution for this.
