Mapped domain not working

I have followed all the steps multiple times and all I can get the plugin to do is redirect to the domain but it’s just a broken link. It doesn’t actually map the site to the domain.

My domain is parked on the same hosting account as the Multisite install and I’ve set up the A record according to the instructions for the plugin. The plugin is working in the Multisite install and I can add the domain there no problem.

I’m not sure where my disconnect is. Anyone have any ideas?
