Mapping Categories

Hello, i have a website with existing categories example:

Tabletennis > Tabletennis Bats

Now the problem is in the CSV file, they use the following separator to divide categories and i don’t know how to mapping them succesful. Example from file: “Tabletennis|Bats”

How do i convert the | seperator with mapping, so i can choose existing categories to post the products in?
