When creating a new feed, for some reason I cannot find the value for “GTIN, UPC, EAN, or ISBN” field which to my understanding is the default field for EAN code.

To add a GTIN to your feed, please follow the documentation here:
https://webappick.com/docs/ctx-feed/google-merchant/add-gtin-ean-mpn-upc-isbn-to-products-and-make-feed/

If you are using a different GTIN field, please share screenshots showing where you added the GTIN in WooCommerce, along with a screenshot of the feed configuration. This will help us investigate the issue further.

Hi, I am trying to add not the CTX plugin’s custom fields but woocommerce field: https://ibb.co/SpJvPVS

The issue is that it is not visible in values selection, neither by its name or value: _global_unique_id

Hi @gedaskk

If you are using default WooCommerce GTIN field, you need to use the attribute shown here.

If you don’t find that attribute, make sure to clear the cache here.

Please let us know if you have managed to get the values.
