Mapping Website fields to Salesforce

    Good afternoon guys,

    We have problem in which some fields such as the inquiry fields won’t show up in Salesforce. Obviously, the data has to be mapped specifically to custom fields. I am wondering how we can map data?

    Also, in relation to this leads showing up in Salesforce, is there a default source type or do we have to create some sort of workflow rule to account for web-to-lead leads?

    Simply use the custom field API name as the field name and it should map… The FAQ has more info about custom fields and mapping them.

    Source is specified per form (near the bottom).
