I have tried everything to map the inventory file like

but I have had no luck mapping the weight of the product as well which is something we need.

In the import template, you’ll import the weight in the Shipping -> Weight field: https://d.pr/i/VCwkdw. Then, in the import settings, you’ll add the _weight custom field as a field to be updated: https://d.pr/i/CW3zUo.
