    Hi,
I installed the following plugin on my wordpress 4.9.1
    1- plugin GeoDirectory (free)
    2- Addon “GeoDirectory Location Manager”

    I have 2 problems :
1- The map I set doesn’t work –> the map display but the background is grey and nothing happen on the map. There are an infinite loader in the center of the map.

2- Furthermore, the plugin create a conflict with contact form7. I mean when The plugin geodirectory is activate, contact form7 doesn’t work properly. And when the plugin geodirectory is desactivate my contact form work properly.

How can I fix theses two problems ?

    Thank you.

    Best regards,

    Hi @eenov,

As you have a paid plugin active, please post in our own support forums where we have a team of staff waiting to help: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/
(you can just copy/paste if you wish)

Also we would need to ask for your site details which we are not allowed to ask for here.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

    Hello,

When I enter an address for a new a place it converts it to range of address instead of saving the actual address.

For example “828 22nd Street” will convert to “800-922 22nd St”

Is there some option I have missed to make the location exact?

    Thank you,

    Lena

    Hi,

are you using the location manager add-on?

    Hello!

Can you say more about how it happens?

When the map pin is moved the will update based on the query from Google about the address of the pin.

Initially I would input an address, eg. “828 22nd Street” and upon saving the page or clicking the button, “Set Address On Map” it would change to “800-922 22nd St”

After some tinkering around, I found that if I manually move the pin and re-enter the correct address it does not change it to the range of addresses, it maintains the information I entered.

I also updated my settings in Design>Map>Select Maps API to “Load Google Maps API” and that seemed to help.

    Thank you for your response!

    Hi Lena,

This should not happen on save but only on “set address on map”.
Were you using Open Street Maps before?

    Stiofan

Yes I was using Open Street Maps before.

I have not had any further issues.

    Thank you,

    Lena
