I am having the same problem and have the same questions. I have followed the instructions and did everything as directed. The map shows for s slit second and then pops up the “Ooops” message. In addition to that I have had a problem when I activate the plugin it conflicts with Master Slider plugin and my pages won’t load the Master Slider slide shows. I have also noticed the difference from your Linked-In post to what I am actually seeing on the screen where I add the API key. As noted by jrpmedia above it asks for a “Business” API key. It also does not show a choice to add the script to Header Or Footer. We could use some help here.
