When I add a listing from a desktop the map feature comes up and allows me to set the address but it changes the City from Covington to Fountain County.
From a mobile device, it doesn’t load the map and it won’t allow an address to be set on the map which prohibits members from being able to submit listings because it requires Latitude and Longitude.
I tried to disable the map altogether because it is not needed but it was still an issue because these are required fields in the add listing form. Can these fields be changed?
How can this issue be resolved?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Actually it appears the issue with adding a listing and the map not loading is on the front end, not just mobile user.

New development. One of the recommended fixes was to clear my site Cache so WP Tech support helped me to do that and now I can’t access the GeoDirectry Plugin from the back end at all.

    Hello,

The maps API does not appear to be loading on your page, either something is bkocking it or its been disabled. You will find our map settings under GD > settings > General, it should be set to auto.

If you need further help please open a support request here https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/ (free to register)

    Thanks,

    Hi,
I am aware that the API is not loading but need assistance to determine why and how to fix it. Before posting to the forum I had already checked the map settings, searched the forum and other articles on the GeoDirectory site. I have tried so many things and nothing seems to be working. The map has been a problem form day one. I followed the suggestion to clear the site cache by contacting WP to get that done but it has not helped. The support link you are suggesting is who referred me to this forum for additional assistance because they were unable to rectify the issue.
What can be done to asses this and correct it?
    Thanks

    Hi,

If the settings are correct and the API is not loading then it’s likely a conflict with your theme or a plug-in, there is no more our support staff can do here.

I checked but I can’t find any conversation from you in our support tickets, if you need further help from a developer (our developers are not on these forums), please use the link provided above. If you title it “FAO Stiofan” I will make sure it get assigned to the correct person.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

I had not created an account previously. I just used the button at the bottom of the page for free WP support. I just registered for GD support and sent a service ticket as you instructed.
    Thanks

It has been almost a week and I have not gotten a reply from the support ticket I put in on the GeoDirectory link you provided me with. How long does it usually take them to respond?

I replied to your email a few hours after you sent it, our system shows you opened it but we never got a reply back. I also replied to your email of 1 hour ago, please check your spam folder and let’s continue there.

    Thanks,
