Margin problems in IE only

Hello,
My website is http://www.hollandhartwy.com/.

In the Industry Knowledge section of the homepage, there are blue text areas under each picture with some text. In Chrome this is displaying fine, but in IE there is a massive amount of margin between the text and the picture and it’s blowing up the size of these blue text areas under the pictures.

Can someone please help me troubleshoot the issue? I’ve been reviewing the code and am pretty stuck right now.
