We don’t have a navigation block or transparent header block inside the Spectra plugin. Can you please ensure that issue belongs to the Spectra plugin? If yes, please share the screenshot of the block that you are using so that I can assist you.

Hello, I made you screenshots, in image 01 the transparent header is activated and I can’t reduce the outer margin of the Header block.
In frame 02 I turned off the transparent header and the outer margin of the header block is good, I just have inner margin of 10.

It seems all the blocks are core blocks, not Spectra blocks. Can you please check by turning on the default WordPress themes?

Good morning,
With the base theme of WordPress, there is no Transparent Header option, I did the test with Spectra containers, I have the same problem as soon as I activate the Transparent Header.
I use Spectra and Spectra One – WordPress 6.2.2
