I am sorry to read about your issue. That is odd – there is something definitely affecting / conflicting with the behaviour of the plugin. Do you have a staging website on which the issue can be reproduced?
If you do, you can run the following test:
- Deactivate all the plugins.
- Switch to the default theme
- Try to reproduce the issue. At this stage the plugin should work
- Activate the theme and the plugins one by one until you can reproduce the problem.
- When you do, let us know which was the last plugin you activated so we can analyse the conflict.
