    Hi, I am building my course and I noticed, that when I press “mark complete” it loads the same lesson and only when I press it for the second time it moves to the next lesson. How this can be resolved?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • @larysachaplin,

    Hmmm this is definitely not the expected behavior. It sounds like the first press is not correctly recording the item as completed.

    Would you mind posting a copy of your system report so I can see if there’s any conflicts I can rule out?

    How to find your system report: https://lifterlms.com/docs/how-to-use-the-lifterlms-system-report/

    Thanks,

    @larysachaplin,

    Can you see if your One.com VCache has any settings for disabling caching for logged in users? It seems like this could be a caching issue.

    Could you also temporarily disable that plugin and see if that resolves the issue?

    Thanks,

    Hi I disabled the one.com VChache plugin, and another one.com plugin.

    The issue wasn`t resolved after I disabled these plugings.

    Here is my new report:

    @larysachaplin,

    I can’t imagine what else could be causing this…

    Can you create a free hidden access plan for a course and then post a link to that plan here so I can register for the course and take a closer look and see if I can figure out what’s going on here.

    You can delete the access plan after I respond. I know that’s a “vulnerability” but I can’t think of any other way to see this first hand.

    Thanks,

    Hi @thomasplevy,

    My product is in development atm, so it will be impossible to give you any access. I can live with this but for now, while there are no users. I will contact you as soon as the environment for users is ready so I can add you as user. OK?

    Best,
    Larysa
