mark filled positions

    How can you keep a position that has already been filled, but mark it in such a way that potential applicants are informed? I know that you can reset the expiration date manually and output a text via the settings, but am looking for a more elegant solution. Any hint?

    I installed the Edit Flow plugin and made a custom status for filled positions, however, that takes it out of “published” which by default will not allow it to be seen by regular users. Using a plugin like User Role Editor will allow you to set who can see which statuses.

    @ahoffman50 Thanks for sharing, I’ll take a look at EditFlow, didn’t know it before.
