Marked Shipped Status

    My site uses custom order statuses (In production, Awaiting Production, Being Fulfilled, etc…) I need a way to either have this display my custom statuses or turn it off completely. I have customers who see this and think their order has shipped and wonder why they don’t have tracking yet. We don’t add tracking til we mark an order completed. Can you please help?

    Hi @multicolormedia ,

    You could write some code that checks that all vendors have shipped or need to ship and then automatically change the status but this would be some custom code on your part. You can hire a PHP developer to custom code this for you. https://codeable.io/ is a good place to start.

    WHile I appreciate that I could have some custom code written, dont you think that it’s a bug in your system or somethign that you guys should fix?? It marks orders as shipped even when the status is not marked complete? This is a problem with your plugin. Can you please write some code for to have it fixed. It should only be marked shipped IF the states is marked complete.

    I’m not sure why this is marked resolved. It is not. I belive this is an error in the plugin. It should not mark shipped unless using status marked complete.
