Marker import does not work

    When I try to upload a csv file as a marker import, the JS upload animation appears for a second, then disappears and nothing has happened. I can’t get it to recognize the imported file. Your documentation does not have any information on what the file format should be so I can’t check to see if the file format is incorrect. Suggestions?

    Thank you for contacting us regarding your question!

    Please specify this csv file you exported from our plugin?
    Have you checked the structure of your file with the structure of our file?
    Create some markers in our plugin and make an export.
    Then compare the files and correct your file so that it would match ours.
