I would suggest contacting the maker of the theme for support, since it sounds like you have a theme-specific issue.
WordPress does not have out of the box support for Google Maps.

Can you describe the issue in more detail? You should also link to a Webpage with the issue. Do note that by default a WordPress installation does not have a Google map.

How are you adding the marker?

Hi Andrew,
I am not adding the marker i just give it the latitude and the longitude
and theme nectar pick it up .I could add images from myself but this does not work too
any idea?
I might want to look if the marker existe in the theme images i will do that now via ftp
