Markers aren't showing

Hello,
I have issue with map markers. In recent days, it stop showing markers from KML file. I am using KML exported as network link to shared map but there is same situation with KML containing all markers inside (tested).

I have one map with one marker – this one is working:

But I have two another maps with many markers – those are not working:

http://www.vyteza.cz/tepelne-hospodarstvi/vytapene-lokality/ (at beginning of page)

I found that there is double definition of google maps api in source code which can cause unexpected errors (error from google maps api: You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors). One by cherry framework (in header), second by flexible map plugin (in footer).

Is there way how to fix this issue?
