Marking People as Bots

Hi there! About 1 in every 10 people who try to post comments are getting marked as bots and unable to post. All my settings seem to be OK. I’ve had blue host look it over as well. In addition, I logged out of everything and when I went to post a comment, I too was marked as a bot. I’ve searched forums on line and cannot figure out a remedy to this. How can I relax security on comments to allow more people to comment?
