    I have windows 11 and use chrome browser. No matter which I select, randomize answers or not, it marks the correct answer as incorrect. In other words, it doesn’t accept the correct checked answer I put in. I’m not giving you admin access to my website. If you can’t help me without that, you shouldn’t be in this business.

    Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble with the QSM plugin.

    If correct answers are being marked as incorrect, please check your quiz settings under:
    QSM > Quiz > Options > General > Grading System
    Make sure it’s set to Correct/Incorrect, not Points-Based, or enable both if needed.

    Also, I tried accessing the quiz URL you shared, but it returned a “Page Not Found” error. Kindly check and resend a working link.

    Please ensure you’re using the latest version of QSM (v10.2.4).

    As per WordPress guidelines, we don’t request admin access—your privacy is important to us.

    It was already set to correct/incorrect. I changed it to both, but it’s still marking the correct answer as incorrect. I can’t give you more access because you must be logged in to take the test.

    To replicate the issue on our end and investigate why the marked answers are displaying as incorrect, could you please share the public URL of the quiz (if accessible without login)? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could let us know the type of questions used (e.g., multiple choice, checkbox, etc.) and share a screenshot of one such question along with its options.

    This information will allow us to replicate the issue on our demo site and work toward a solution as quickly as possible.
