Marques not working

I installed the plugin and the marquee that uses this plugin doesn’t move at all. I had to use another plugin for a page marquee to work, but the marquee from this plugin here doesn’t move. The first marquee is from the Advanced Marque Effects plugin, and it works. The second marquee, in the testimonials section, uses MaqueAddons and doesn’t work.
