Hi,
This is an error with our encryption script. Can you post the URL so I can take a look?
Specifically I’m going to be looking for a PHP error on this request: example.com/?wpf-easy-digital-downloads=callback
I have implemented it on 2 websites. same error message on both. One server is having SSL other is not. Here is URL of the one with no SSL certificate. http://thengoworld.org/ngoday2015/post/
http://thengoworld.org/ngoday2015/?wpf-easy-digital-downloads=callback looks okay.
I tried a test payment and it doesn’t look like the gateway is active. Can you enable it and place it in test mode?
Also please make sure you have added our access keys.
Thanks
Brian
Hi
I have activated it and put it to test mode. Please check now. Please refresh if it gives internal server error as the server may be down for a moment.
Regards
Interesting…
I’m not seeing the initial request on my side. Can you email me ([email protected]) the email you used for creating an account at wpFortify.
Thanks,
Brian
I did not know that I have to register at your website before your plugin is functional. Let me register now and see the results.
Thanks
Sorry,
To use our service you need to connect your Stripe account to wpFortify.
Once you connect a Stripe account we can give you access keys for the plugin.
Brian
I have connected it now. But I have test account. Can I use it? Please check your database now and advice. I cant give bank details for now that your interface is demanding.
Sorry,
I don’t see a connected Stripe account, and without that our plugin can’t work.
To get wpFortify access keys you need to complete this step: https://connect.wpfortify.com
Brian
It is working fine now. Many thanks for guiding. I suggest you to mention creation of wpfortify account at the plugin page.
Great work!
Sure thing!
I’ll make sure to clarify the account requirement on the next plugin release.
If you have any more questions please feel free to ask.
Thanks,
Brian
