I’ve been trying to use the Strong Testimonials plugin on my site but am unable to use the views page. When I try to view the options on the views page, there are no options below display, slideshow, form, single template.

I disabled all my plugins and that didn’t fix it. I then changed themes to the basic Twenty Nineteen theme and then I was able to see the options.

Looking at the developer toolbar, these are the errors.

    TypeError: b is undefined jquery.masonry.min.js:11:43

    TypeError: masonryExample.find(…).width(…).end(…).masonry is not a function views.js:165:69

    /wp-content/plugins/strong-testimonials/admin/js/views.js?ver=2.36:165
    /wp-content/plugins/strong-testimonials/admin/js/views.js?ver=2.36:142

The theme I am using is called Highlight and can be downloaded here:

    https://extendthemes.com/highlight/

Any thoughts on how to fix it without changing themes? Thanks for your help!

    Stan

  • Hello @techmanstan,

Thank you for reaching out to us!
This seems to be an incompatibility with the theme.
We worked on a fix for this and it will be addressed in our next update.

At the moment there is no much we can do except ask you to please wait a few more days until we release the latest update which will fix your issue.

    Thank you for understanding,
