If every instance of the individual word has been made a translatable string by the developer then yes. Just create an English* language file and enter a capitalized translation to your liking.
If instances of this word are actually part of a number of longer phrases and they have ALL been made translatable strings then the same applies, but you’ll have to enter a translation for every unique phrase.
* I assume you’re talking about English as you haven’t said otherwise. Adding translations in English is the same process as in any other language.
Thank you. Yeah, they are all part of longer phrases.
Something like a find and replace came to mind, but I understand.
Thanks again.

The editor has no find and replace feature currently. This has been requested before, but it won’t be added particularly soon.
You asked how to achieve your goal using Loco Translate. That doesn’t mean it’s your best option. I can’t advise on other plugins, but I’m sure there’s a simpler route that makes use of the gettext filter. This also assumes the strings are translatable.
Gotcha. Thanks again for a great plugin.
