Mass Email

There are a couple ways to do it:

1. From the Post or Page editing screen, look for the Meta box in the upper right hand corner of the page labeled “Notify Users”. Clicking on the link will allow you to choose users or groups to notify about the post or page.
2. From the Posts or Pages menu on the Dashboard, choose “Notify Users”. On the subsequent page you will have a drop down list where you can choose which post or page you want to notify your users about. From there, you’ll be prompted which users or groups to notify.
