Mass Remove Tags.

I am trying to figure out how to remove all tags from all posts on my site without going through 1 post at a time. I’ve searched through mysql db but couldn’t find where they are. I also tried to find a plugin or a tutorial on how to do this but didn’t find a thing. Any ideas? Thanks!
