Mass thumbnail changer

Hey, well basically i just got a database with 150 videos, and i have to set a thumbnail for each of them. So when you click on edit posts, lets say i check all of season 1 of XXX, i want to change the thumbnail for each of these in this window… Anyone know of a plugin which would let me do this? Or if any programmers are here we could talk about a price…
