    Hello,

I’m testing Mail Mint to send 8k Recipient campaign. I have started the campaign yesterday and until now it has delivered only 1k emails.

The campaign says it is still running, but when I look the SMTP server analytics I can see that it has been sending the mails in blocks. (See image atached).

Yesterday it has sent 1k and today 300 for now.

I’m not sure how to see the real progress that is still running on wordpress, or how to debug why is it taking so long to complete the campaign. Maybe it would be related to wordpress hosting resources.

Can you help us to achieve a better deliver flow rate?

We really want to get the pro version when validating your plugin to our needs.

    Thanks.

Hi @victorhugommf , Thank you for reaching out to us.

Your SMTP settings can lead to email delivery delays and the hosting resources can be a factor also.

In this case, could you please send us screenshots of your SMTP settings and hosting resource details?

This will help us to understand the underlying reason and we’ll be able to help you to achieve a better delivery rate.

    Regards,

@victorhugommf I was following up to check if you’re still facing difficulties.

Here’s a List of Hosts and Their Email Sending Limits, please check which one you are using.

Kindly ensure that you stay within these limits, as your WordPress site may also send other types of emails, such as notifications for new subscribers or comments.

I am marking this thread as resolved for now.
If needed, you can reply to this thread or open a new ticket. Also, you can reach us here directly for anything.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

I’ve been trying to debug it on Scheduled Actions and I have turned on the WP_DEBUG_LOG.

You can access the debug.log for the last test that I’ve done:

    https://nxtvdigital.com.br/debug.log

Theres some pictures attached to help also.

It is not smtp limit because I have paid for a dedicated smtp server with huge capacity.

I think it is probably server resources problem. I have tweaked some php.ini configurations and installed Action Scheduler High Volume but it didnt work.

Is there any other configuration that I can tweak or server minimium required resources that I should know?

    Hi,

Did you find any solution or could you look through the debug log and give me some feedback?

maybe it would be better to unmark as resolved
