Massive performance impact

Hi,
I started using https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-support-plus-responsive-ticket-system/ and it uses your plugin in version 1.2, but the thing impacting performance for me is still in current version. I use Redis as object cache and the problem is with your plugin using option to store sessions. My website is pretty big and after few hours options grew so much that getting it from Redis took over 20s. I guess getting from any other object or straight from database would also take a long time. I would suggest using transient API instead of options.
