Love the simplicity of the plugin. I think this is what ive been looking for but just need to confirm.

I have a several third party vendors (which would be the sales rep I imagine) that will need to supply individual customers the update of their one status (when picked up, eta of delivery, delivered).

    1. Does the vendor receive a generated # for the customer?
–If so, how does the customer receive the tracking # to use?

    2. Can the customer just track their shipment as a guest?

    3. Is there also a master admin to track all of this in one admin (sales rep info and customer registrations)?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi klsbo,

The sales reps would be able to update the orders assigned to them by logging in to their accounts via WordPress. Also, please find our suggestion to your queries below:

    1. The sales rep can login to their accounts to see the orders that have been assigned to them. For the customers, they would get an order number when they submit their order which would also be sent to them via email, which can be used to track the status of their order.

    2. Yes the customers would be able to track the orders from the tracking page using the order number. As an additional security option, you could enable them to submit their email addresses as well to see the details of an order.

    3. Yes, admin is the one that manages all the sales rep and customers, and can view all the orders and their statuses.

    1. The sales rep can login to their accounts to see the orders that have been assigned to them.
–Can they register their account themselves or does the admin need to add it?
–Once the sales rep has an account, can they add an order themselves or does it need to be added by the main admin?

    2. Does it keep the sales reps previous history of orders in their account?

    3. Ability to have admin cancel a sales reps order

*Is there a master admin portal demo I can see? There is the tracking, customer and sales rep demo but cant find admin side*

    Thanks for the prompt reply.

    4. Testing on mobile (iphone 8s), will the responsive issues below be fixed?
    -Current location map expands outside
    -Customer form status
    -Fields

    5. Is it easy for the sales rep to update the tracking status on mobile devices?

Im interested in purchasing the plugin though if these are known and will be adjusted. Thanks.

    Hi klsbo,

Please find our suggestions to your concerns below:

    1. The sales reps would not be able to add any orders themselves, an admin has to add new orders and assign it to the sales rep. If you want them to have more access then you could create a new “Author” or “Editor” account and give them access to “Tracking” plugin by navigating to “Set Access Role” by navigating to the “Premium” area of the “Options” tab.

    2. Yes, it retains all the details of the orders in the “Orders” tab.

    3. An admin account can and will have access to all the other settings as well. You could try plugins such as “Adminimize” to set something like that.

    4. Our plugin is responsive and if there’s any element on the front end isn’t, it could be easily fixed by adding relevant custom CSS.

    5. Yes, the sales reps can easily update the order details from a mobile device as well.

Thanks! I’ll be purchasing the premium on your website after I test things out on the free version. Im interested in the WC as well (just tough to see just through a video tutorial).

But for Q1 about sales rep, can you clarify what your suggestion is for having the sales rep be able to ‘register/signup’ themselves and add in their own orders? Is this a premium feature – or something hard to do?

For the Woocommerce, is there a more detailed example that I can see how it works? Im looking for it to be used for when a customer is logged in they can request a quote and then order it if they want it.

    Thanks!
