Master Slider grayscale colour hover effect

    Greetings,

    I need badly any help/assistance to implement the following effect to a Master Slider on my future site:

    1. Add grayscale effects to thumbnails (colour on hover – as in the example here: http://www.artch.ca/jig)
    2. Align a thumbnails row to the left extreme edge of slider box (point 1 here: http://support.averta.net/envato/wp-content/uploads/Capture11.jpg).

    I have asked some advice from customization support (technical support does not provide such service) in vain.

    I am inclined to pay some reasonable price for that service.
