• Great plugin, works very well usually but the master slider has suddenly stopped working after updating to the recent version. Disabled all plugins except master slider and problem persists. WordPress 4.1 and Headway theme. Here is the url http://alexrainsford.com/

The slider is set for the top of the screen but is not there. White space currently.

Added the shortcode to a visual composer row instead of the theme template area and still does not work.

Just switched themes and it does not work on Twenty Fifteen either when in the visual composer row.

All the images are still there in the master slider.

    Tried Firefox and chrome.

  • Hi there Guys,

I am having the same problem. on the back end of the site, under preview the slides work just fine, but when you place the shortcode into the area you want the sides to show up all you get is a blank area.

When using Visual Composer, the images if set on anything but “no” for CSS animation disappear and you do not see images on the page. If you look in the backend of the page the images are there and are available.

this is one of the better responsive sliders in the WordPress plugin repository.

    Kind regards
    John

OK so the fault finding has found some conclusions I think.

According to ultimate add ons plugin, there is a JS error with “MasterSlider”.

I disabled master slider and essential grid, ultimate add ons and enjoy instagram all worked again.

I would assume a plugin update is necessary if conflicts are occurring with these other plugins?

    Many Thanks

OK so I read the previous post on here and unchecked the cache for master slider and it is back up and running.

That will do for now but would rather have cache enabled in future for speed purposes.

    Any other further comments appreciated.
