I am replying here because I am having the same experience – I have reinstalled the plugin as well and tried it with all other plugins deactivated.
Same for me: after the last update existing sliders won’t open – just JavaScript errors. Also tried to reload with cache disabled (sometimes this helps) but no success here.
Just wanted to chime in that I, too, experience the same problem.
Hello ! Same for me. I’m also using Divi, but I think that’s not the problem, because it works fine on an other website whit Divi. I guess it depends on the used version: the one which works 3.8.1, the one which sucks 3.8.6. I hope it will be fixed on the next update…
Same thing has happened to me. The WP update took my site down for over a week, now this. These WP updates are becoming such a pain. The Mastersliider updated today, but the problem persists. Hoping someone finds a solution soon.
Hi there, we have the same problem. The plug in is still loading but we can’t have access to modify.
Yes, same problem for me. Using PageBuilder and Salient theme. Everything is kept up to date. I also tested moving the site to another host and no improvement. Hope this can get fixed soon.
Following Guth’s advice I’ve downgraded to 3.8.1 and it works for me.
Thanks!
I’m having the same issue today since the last update. This is a very used plug in on our site and it’s very disappointing to see how many people are having issues and for how long.

Hello,
We are sorry about the inconvenience it caused you.
It was an incompatibility issue with Master Slider and the new version of WordPress which was fixed in version 3.8.7.
Thanks for your patience in this matter.
Warm regards,
