MasterStudy LMS : Cannot reinitialize student progress

    I want to reinitialize a student progress. I went to Courses -> Manage students -> Reinitialize and then everything is reinitializing but not not quizz. It’s only happening with one student, the others are reinitializing correctly. The “student” is also an admin cause we are currently in development. Does someone have an idea why it doesn’t work ?

    Hi, @doulla

    We checked this case on our test website and found no such cases with any user (student, instructor, admin). As you mentioned in your case it only happens with one user. Please make sure that you correctly reset the progress of this user.
