We can’t reproduce the issue.

I was able to put the item on auction without problems:

Please check that you are connected to the Ropsten network and that you are connected with the account that owns the item.

Also, please be aware that the plugin, for now, its only Metamask compatible, in case you are trying with a different wallet.
