    My apologies for the late reply- weekends are non-working days for us.

    I have passed your case to our Development Team, and they have checked it out.
    They checked and confirmed that the issue appears with the slashes while importing.

    I want to mention, that our Development Team is currently investigating this case to find a proper solution to it.
