All of the support docs I can find relate to configuring Matomo cloud service with a tag manager through their dashboard. I am using Matomo On-Premise for WordPress plugin so there is no cloud dashboard.

Cookieyes is reporting 2 unrecognised (Matomo) cookies with the error “This cookie does not have a script URL pattern. It is required for blocking the cookie prior to obtaining user consent”

As I can find no support documentation on this could you please advise how I can fix this?

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

    Greetings from CookieYes!

For Matomo On-Premise with WordPress, the tracking setup is usually managed directly within the plugin settings rather than through a tag manager. You can check the plugin settings under WordPress Admin → Matomo Analytics to configure tracking options. For further assistance with this, we suggest you reach out to the Matomo team.

Please note that the Uncategorized cookies are those that have not yet been added to our database, which means we may not have information on them at this time. You can either wait for CookieYes to update the database or manually research and add the Script URL Pattern for these cookies.

To find the Script URL Pattern for a cookie, you can follow the documentation titled “Adding Script URL.” If you need any assistance in finding the Script URL Pattern, you can submit a request here.
