Can you navigate to your Mautic Acquia Campaign Studio-> Click the gear icon on the top right beside the profile icon-> Select Configuration and then navigate to the API Settings. Turn on the Enable HTTP basic auth? and then try to connect to the account.

Also, did you first try to create a Mautic sandbox account and try the integration? If not, I would suggest you try that too. Do let me know if it works for you.
