Mautic integration

    Hello,

    Thank you for Hustle : very useful extension !

    I have had a problem with mautic connection for a week.
    I can no more connect mautic and hustle

    When trying to reconnect, all the three first area swho error information :

    Installation URL
Please enter a valid Mautic installation URL
Login Email
Please enter a valid Mautic login email
Login Password
Please enter a valid Mautic login password

    I have checked and checked again.
    It seems to have started on August 30. in the evening.

    My Mautic version is : 3.3.2
    My Hustle version is : 7.5.0
    My wordpress version is : 6.0.2

    Ok !
    Thanks so much.
    It helped much, as now I can reconnect Hustle to mautic in the integration page of hustle.

    I have still a problem : when I try to connect a window (slide-in, for exemple) to a segment by the integration page of the slide-in, no segment is proposed by the “connect account”. So the connection is not possible.

    Have you any suggestion ?

    It helped and solved the problem on one site I have.
    Excellent !

    On the other site, I cannot connect hustle to mautic.
    The integration page does not find the connection.
    I still have those messages :
    “`Installation URL

    Login Password
    Please enter a valid Mautic login password`”

    Would you have any idea ?

    I hope you’re well today!

    I understand that you have already tried on that other site all the same steps and they didn’t work in that case, right?

    This would suggest that there may be slightly different issue and since it also relates to a different site – please do start a new, separate ticket (you can of course mention this one there and link to it, so we’d get a better idea of the case) and we’ll assist you there.
