This is the part of the instructions you need to follow:
I don’t see that CSS being output on your site. Maybe try adding it to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS instead?

Hi Christine,
Please can you double check the steps? You should end up with 2 menu structures, one for each language, and you will need to make sure you follow the “IMPORTANT” bit at the top.

the “Language” parameter and the “translation” parameter of my menu do not appear on the Menu interface according to the screenshot of the tutorial. I have created two menus, one for each language, but only one is taken into account.

Are you definitely using WPML to translate your site? If you are and you do not see the translate options then you will need to contact WPML for assistance.
