There are no such errors. Is there any way to debug ipad related issues.

Not that I have worked out. Usually the same issue can be recreated in a browser.

Please look at this link davismgt.staging.wpengine.com, on Ipad when touched the submenu doesn’t appear instead the direct link is opened from the second time.

On the home page it is working as expected for me.
If you view the source of http://davismgt.staging.wpengine.com/ and search for “maxmegamenu.js” you will see it enqueued near the bottom.
On the sub pages is it not working.
If you view the source of http://davismgt.staging.wpengine.com/vehicle-monitoring/ and search for “maxmegamenu.js” you will see it is not included on the page. That’s why the sub pages are not working on iPad.
You’ll need to debug your theme, or maybe plugins, and work out why the maxmegamenu.js file is not being enqueued/being removed on those sub pages. Once the file is enqueued properly it will start working.

I tried including maxmegamenu.js file on sub-pages, but still it does not work for me.
