Max Mega Menu not vissible in menu

    Hello all,

    Im new with Max Megamenu but bussy for a while right now without any effect.
    I am using Divi from Elegantthemes to make website/webshop with.

    On the first image you can see I made a Mega menu with just to try out: Home (going homepage), Category1.

    On the second image, you can see what I did on the Megamenu: 4/12 + 6/12 with an Image + Text.

    On the third image, you see the effect (nothing) with mouse over.

    Is there a way here to do a DM?
    The shop is in maintenance and I’m setting it up. So basically for visitors its offline. I can share you a login if there is a DM way.

    Hi there,

    People won’t buy Pro plugin if the Free version doesnt work*
    I will not post public webshop url and login details.

    If there is no other way according you say, I have to deinstall the plugin and look to another one.

    Right now via that url above, i have in menu

    Home (Max mega menu) with 12 row width with an image + text. There is no single effect. The only effect is with the normal menu.

    Hi Kevin,

    It looks to me like your standard theme menu is being output, not MMM. I can’t tell from the screen recording exactly what you need to change. If you are using Elementor to output the menu, please follow the guidance in this link:

    Im using Divi, but that link somehow I understand what you ment. There is something right now. Thanks for that.

    Now, I see some documentation for the MMM but still somehow my menu wont get the 100% width. See 3 screenshots below*

    In url 2 I tried diffrent things, the widht of the content page 1150px, the 100%, body etc etc.
    But somehow I keep this.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi Kevin,

    The setting you’ve edited only adjusts the sub menu width, not the menu itself. The menu itself will in most cases expand to fill the container it is placed within, so check you haven’t placed it within a constrained column, or something like that. For further guidance, I’d need to inspect your site html and CSS using browser developer tools.
