    I keep getting this error An error occurred processing your request. Try decreasing the “Max Page Size”, or contact support.” on our production server. It works fine on our TEST and DEVL servers.

    WP-Config is set to define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘1024M’ );
    define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘2048M’ );
    define( ‘WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE’, true );

    php.ini has this memory_limit = 1024M

    We have tried your to get the Debug log with define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false); but have not had any luck retrieving it.

    Hi @jhunter93

    Better Search Replace Support Team here, Thanks for reaching out with your query we would be happy to assist!

    Based on your diagnostic info, it seems your WP_DEBUG is still disabled:

    WP_DEBUG: Disabled

    Can you please verify on your wp-config.php if the WP_DEBUG lines you’ve added is above this line:

    /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    Good afternoon,

    We have resolved the problem. It was happening on our production server after we had a redirect for a SSL. I now have a solution that allows me to run the Better Search Replace without error.

    Thank you,

    Jennifer
