Maximum execution time error

    When I’m duplicating a site it shows the following error:
    Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/hereisth/public_html/global-marketingandtrading/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 128

    I have changed my server maximum execution time, and it displays in the phpinfo screen.
    But this error remains.
