    (1) Would it be any issue when the ticket ID allocated by the system reach the maximum? For example, what happened if the ticket reached #9999 and what is the next number to be allocated by the system? is it 10000, a 5-figure number?

    (2) What is the maximum number (if applicable)?

    Hi @kellyai:

    1) There should not be any issue if the ticket id gets that number. The TICKET ID is the WordPress POST ID so this behaves in the same way. WordPress has lots of different post types (including tickets). Examples of other post types are woocommerce orders, your blog posts, etc.

    2) Do you need to set the max number of open tickets per user? If so, there is a feature in the productivity add-on to do so. If it’s in general, there is no maximum number of tickets set in the system.
