maxresdefault 404 Issue

    I have noticed that pages with videos loading maxresdefault.jpg lead to the image returning a 404 error.

    I saw this other thread https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/maxresdefault-problem/ from a few years ago discussing what looks like the same issue.

    Is there a solution to this? or is this a new problem causing similar or the same symptoms?

    Please advise, this gets flagged on SEO reports.
